It seems to me that any commercial project requires careful attention. Yes, it's a hobby for now. However, reaching the next level requires investment. This is the first rule for business. Look for reviews of developers who specialize in your niche.

What's the problem? Yes, not all people understand IT processes well. I'm an ordinary guy myself.
