Débit montant nul

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques semaines j'ai un débit montant =0 et un débit descendant =2700 à3000, et depuis le même laps de temps je ne peux plus accéder à mon site bancaire ou même le site SFR mon compte. Est-ce lié, où est-ce un Pb de navigateur ( j'utilise SAFARI et CAMINO et j'ai le Pb sur les 2)?
Quelles sont les solutions possibles?
