Hi! After 14 years without a bank account, I finally opened a bank account with Bank of America. Perhaps it was because I went to the financial center and not just to the bank, but I have a very good experience. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new financial institution, and now I know for sure that at any time, if necessary, I can contact the Bank of America customer service and they will definitely help me.
