Prior to the Centers Got: Showmanship for Small-town Movie Theatres

That week's episode of Angry Men is named Secret Time, a callback to a game from the 60's and 70's. Matthew Weiner and Company connect that simple game to a grisly kill - the mass killing of nine nursing students by Richard Speck in July of 1966. It's a commentary, by means of strange couplings, on the original role of women in culture at the tolerance of good cultural change. In the event of Don, we observe how his relationship to ladies in common, and Megan particularly, is developing in the middle of this.

The event starts with Don and Megan on their method to work. He includes a unpleasant cough, but he's not sick enough to tenderly flirt with his wife, who has moved to the other area of the automobile to prevent his germs.

Upstairs, Peggy and Ginsburg and Stan already are working when Peggy's old pal Joyce turns up with some gruesome crime world pictures of the Dallas nursing student massacre, with one lady remaining by hiding below a bed till it had been safe.

They pass round the photos and a loupe, with Joyce pointing out the grossest photos with a macabre discourse, speculating on whether one of them can make the protect of the most recent issue of Time.The contact sheet is transferred around, and the bunch looks at the pictures like children at something naughty.
