Problems with PNG
For some reason, I can't attach PNG files on one website, and I guess I need to change the format. Can it be the problem?

Maybe you just need to reduce the size of your image, have you tried compressing it or something?

Of course, there may be a problem with the format, usually websites have notes or something like that to help you understand what you need to fix. You can use this tool https://www.pdfplatform.com/convert-png-to-pdf to convert your image to a PDF file, and I think it should help because many websites work with that format.
