Diamond studs

Hi,

I am an Indian (brown) guy living in the US. I am 6'1" and about medium frame and I am decently built without being super muscular to look at. I am considering getting diamond studs on both my ears, not super small but not large like rappers but somewhere in between.

Is that something that people regularly pull off? Would I need a certain look to pull them off? Is it normal to wear them all the time? Like to the gym or work? Do guys remove them mostly except while going to nightclubs? I live in a fairly liberal city in the mid-west (yes they do exist ). I am single and am trying to experiment with my looks. That's the obvious motivation for me. I am wondering if its something that would make me more desirable in the eyes of women .
