Where to go for dinner?
There is a problem. I moved to a new city and don't know anything about local cuisine. What is the best restaurant to choose for a casual dinner?

I usually choose myself that restaurant or cafe where there are always people. This is an excellent indicator for the quality of service.

It seems to me that a lot of people are not the only indicator of the quality of an establishment. I know a fast food place where the food is not very good, but there is a large construction site nearby and a lot of guys come for lunch. I believe that you need to go where the restaurateur has done everything to make the cooking process fast, safe and of high quality. It's not just about hiring a great chef.
